CSG / NITT or the Mail Server Administrator never sends email for getting user information.
Never give or reveal your password to anyone.
Never respond to any communication seeking your password or asking you to fill a form.
If you receive any such mail, please learn to doubt it and either ignore it or alert CSG maintenance without delay.
It is strongly recommended that you change your password at least once every three months.
If you feel that you have been phished or have provided your personal information, please change your password immediately. If you are unable to log in, contact CSG maintenance immediately.
